Dr. K Devireddy- CEO
Dr. Karthikeya Devireddy, MD is an internal medicine specialist in Los Banos, CA and has over 43 years of experience in the medical field. Dr. Devireddy is from Andhra, India. He graduated from Guntur Medical College in Guntur, India in 1974. From there he did his medical internship in Buffalo, New York and his internal medicine residency at Lutheran Medical Center- New York. In 1980 he moved to Los Banos and began his practice for the last 43 years. He is the founder and CEO of Apex Medical Group. Which services the Merced county Communities of Los Banos and Dos Palos. His hobbies include golf, tennis, watching sports, and loves farming his almonds and pistachios.

Debbie Perry, RN - Administrator
Debbie Perry is a registered nurse and administrator of the Apex Medical Group. Debbie was born and raised in Dos Palos, CA. She graduated from Modesto Junior College and has been practicing in the medical field for the last 32 years. Her hobbies include traveling, gardening, walking, and enjoying time with her grandchildren.

Dr. Sarah Matouk
Dr. Sarah Matouk's life journey is a tapestry woven with threads of diverse experiences, from her roots in Syria until the age of 14 to the vibrant landscape of Chicago, where she spent the remainder of her youth and the majority of her adulthood.​ Her educational path led her to the College of Podiatric Medicine, where she embraced the intricacies of foot and ankle care, graduating as a Podiatric Physician and Surgeon in 2001. With over 22 years of experience, Dr. Matouk has become a seasoned professional in the field.​ Beyond the medical realm, Dr. Sarah Matouk finds joy and fulfillment in various creative pursuits. Whether she's cooking up culinary delights, tending to her garden, expressing herself through painting, crafting with wood, or capturing thoughts in writing, her interests reflect a diverse and artistic spirit. Family holds a special place in Dr. Matouk's heart, with her grandchildren bringing an added dimension of joy and love to her life.​ In her role as a healthcare provider, Dr. Sarah Matouk goes beyond the conventional. She sees each patient not just as a medical case but as an extended family member. Devoting care and devotion to each individual and their health, Dr. Matouk creates an atmosphere of compassion and personalized attention.

Kheng Xiong, PA
Kheng Xiong is a Physicians Assistant at Apex Medical Group. Kheng grew up in Merced, CA. He attend Philadelphia University for PA school, and has been practicing in the field for the last 12 years. His hobbies include traveling, fishing, being outdoors, and attending music festivals when not caring for patients.

Throughout his career, Michael has dedicated himself to serving in challenging environments, including psychiatric hospitals, rehabilitation centers, Indian reservations, and prisons. His rich background has fueled his commitment to making affordable and quality mental health care accessible to all. Michael's unique journey has not only exposed him to a wide array of cultural contexts but has also equipped him with the ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, and Cambodian. This linguistic versatility enables him to connect with a broad spectrum of individuals, fostering a deeper understanding of their needs and providing culturally sensitive care. Whether guiding patients through challenging times or celebrating their successes, Michael's holistic and inclusive approach underscores his belief in the resilience and potential within each person.
